Wandering Dog Deliveries

Our Wandering Dog vans cover the whole of the North East and parts of Cumbria, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our vans are temperature controlled at -18 degrees, meaning your order arrives at your door frozen. Delivery on one of our Wandering Dog routes costs just £3.00 with no minimum order value and we offer free delivery on orders over £60. Delivery deadlines Monday deliveries: Monday 8am Tuesday deliveries: Tuesday 8am Wednesday deliveries: Tuesday 10am Thursday deliveries: Wednesday 5pm Friday deliveries: Thursday 10am If you are not going to be in when your order arrives, please add a safe place description in the comments box at checkout and ensure you have entered the correct telephone number in case the driver needs to contact you. Once your order arrives, check it against your order form and notify us within 24 hours of any mistakes. * Delivery days may change on weeks with public holidays.
Courier deliveries

We offer a nationwide, next day delivery service using UK Mail/DHL. Courier delivery charges are dependant on weight of your delivery. Mainland UK courier delivery charges start from £10.00 for up to 20kg and then are as follows: 20kg - 25kg - £14.00 25kg - 30kg - £19.00 30kg - 35kg - £22.00 35kg - 40kg - £26.00 40kg - 45kg - £29.00 45kg - 50kg - £34.00 We ship Monday to Thursday except Bank Holidays. If you are not going to be in when your order arrives, please add a safe place description in the comments box at checkout and ensure you have entered the correct telephone number in case the driver needs to contact you.
Click and Collect Orders

Click and collect orders are available at our Blyth warehouse on the following days: Monday 09.30-13.30 Tuesday 09.30-13.30 Wednesday 09.30-13.30 Thursday 09.30-13.30 Saturday 09.30-12.30 If you are unable to collect your order at the time you have chosen please contact our team to let them know and we can arrange a different date.
