Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the The Wandering Dog Loyalty Points Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the "Scheme"). By participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
The Scheme is open to all customers except employees of The Wandering Dog, its affiliates, and their immediate family members.
Members of clubs and organisations who receive agreed separate discounts.
Customers who receive agreed separate discounts.


2. Enrolment
Enrolment to our online scheme is automated and based on the email address used to place online orders.
Enrolment to our in-store scheme is prompted by our team members when making a purchase.

3. Earning Points

Members earn points on all eligible purchases made in-store or online at the rate of 1 point for every full £1 spent.
Certain products and promotions may offer additional points as specified at the time of purchase or via social media.


4. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, as detailed on our website.

5. Points are non-transferable
Points cannot be transferred between the online scheme and the in-store scheme.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points cannot be transferred to another customer account.


6. Points Expiry
Points generally do not expire if not redeemed unless associated with a specific promotion.

7. Account Management
Members are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up to date.
The Wandering Dog reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of the scheme.


8. Privacy
The Wandering Dog will collect and use members' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
By participating in the Scheme, members consent to receiving marketing and other communications related to the Scheme.


9. Changes to the Scheme
The Wandering Dog reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.  In the event of termination, members will have a specified number of days to redeem their remaining points.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Wandering Dog will not be liable for any loss arising from the termination or alteration of the Scheme.
The Wandering Dog will not be responsible for any technical issues or interruptions in the Scheme.
